This is month the bags which once protected the medjool dates are removed from the palm tree. This is the month in which the palm tree will enter a deep - and well deserved - sleep.
Most of the activities in the packing house are in the sales and shipping area. All of our medjool dates are packed neatly in their boxes and refrigerated to keep the freshness for the next several months.
